Butter’s Testimony
Working with Kim in our sweet Butter’s final days gave us so much peace. Through her gift of communication, we were able to respect Butter’s final wishes to go on her own terms and to make her comfortable throughout her transition. Butter told us what she needed (soft music and tranquil surroundings) and where she wanted to be (in her house on her favorite spot of the bed).
She also communicated her love for us, her happiness in her life with us and the comforting signs that she would give me to let me know that she was at peace herself (purple pansies) which I have seen in the most unlikely places! We know that she wants to be a bigger dog lol to match her big personality and that she will come back to us in time.
We are forever grateful for Kim’s gift and her willingness to share it with those of us who so need it in difficult times with our beloved furry family members.
